Our project was to provide audio & video services for a local apartment community. The Element Integration team oversaw the extensive campus installation for this communities' clubhouse & pool. The project included installing a campus-wide fiber network with 100mbps internet, video cameras for security and lighting control.

The clubhouse media room has a motorized lift for the TV display to provide a state-of-the-art entertainment experience. The team also installed a tv display outside on the patio protected by a weatherproof wall mount. Music can be shared all around the pool and clubhouse with a 24-zone audio system.  The project was completed over several weeks including custom wiring throughout the property.
