In our media room, which is small, we had a projector and some outdated audio equipment. We watched and listened occasionally on bean bags. Element Integration replaced our setup with theater-style seating and an 85” 4k TV complete with Sonos, X-Box and Roku setup. Now, I doubt we’ll watch movies anywhere else. They were knowledgeable, but not at all snobby or elitist. They have high-quality stuff, but didn’t try to upsell me….in fact, their solution (85″ TV) was less expensive than the 4k projector I had in mind.
And when Jeff came for the sales call, there was no question of over promising and under delivering – because he was the lead on the install team.”
